Duties

You will be interacting with engineers and other users to provide help desk support related primarily to MS Windows and Office. You will be performing support tasks involved with equipment operations. You will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. You will ask questions to determine the nature of problems. You will walk talk customers through problem-solving processes. You will troubleshoot and diagnose issues.

To be eligible for the NO-02 Pay Band you must meet the following required level of education: *Completion of 4 academic years of post-high school study leading to a Bachelor's degree (or more advanced degree), and currently enrolled in a Business, Finance, Accounting, or Human Resources advanced degree program on at least a half-time basis. Education
