You will serve as a INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN) in the COMMANDER FLEET READINESS CENTERS DIGITAL GROUP of COMFLTREADCEN.
Duties

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Conducting evaluation and testing of applications during the software development life cycle.
Leading an agile software development team through executing difficult development tasks, mentoring mid-level and junior developers, as well as solving technical and team issues independently.
Performing test execution, design, implementation, research, analysis, and troubleshooting for organizational projects impacting multiple applications and/or large production industrial systems to include coordination with personnel in areas of IT systems development.
Conducting root cause analysis of enterprise and/or agile team's complex issue troubleshooting and resolution.
Demonstrate ability to solicit new system requirements and translate functional requirements into design specifications.
Demonstrate Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, both written and oral.
Demonstrate ability to work with external stakeholders and internal development teams.
Performing mentorship and training to personnel.
Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
