About the Position: Incumbent will assist the Program Manager and Project Manager in the integration of HQ FUDS requirements and stakeholder requirements on public and stakeholder inquiries on FUDS projects and properties.
Duties
Verifies completeness and accuracy of FUDSMIS information.
Executes timelines and completion of required updated data and advise the Project Manager on any issues identified.
FUDS program record management responsibility in collecting and processing electronic project documents.
Tracks, distributes, and catalogues all technical documents submitted for review to HQUSACE, Division.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time.
- Due to the nature of the projects worked, a secret clearance may be required.

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized experience:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 in the federal service which includes maintaining a Formerly Used Defense Site Management Information System (FUDMIS) database or a similar system; managing electronic and hardcopy project documents; and providing analysis for a Formerly Used Defense Site (FUDS) program.
OR
Education: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as administrative management.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
