About the Position: Position performs a wide variety of tasks in support of the missions and functions of the division, to include providing administrative support for several subordinate branches. Position is Human Resources Command (HRC), Office Personnel Management Directorate (OPMD), at Fort Knox, Kentucky.
Duties
Review outgoing correspondence for conformance with regulations, grammar, format and command policies.
Maintain several tracking systems using spreadsheet capability provided by software packages.
Provide office automation supporting the division and subordinate branches.
Maintain the Division Chief's calendar and based on the knowledge of the office workload and current issues of importance and schedules appointments and meetings.
Requirements

Experience Required:
To qualify based on your work experience, the resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as: Experience performing a variety of administrative and support duties in areas such as administration, or travel, or files management, or property accountability, or personnel accountability, and reports. Experience utilizing regulations, policies, procedures, guidelines, and processes governing administrative management functions. Experience providing guidance and assisting customers on or timekeeping, or property and supplies, or records management.
