Duties

Serves as DCA special projects manager and principal advisor and coordinating staff officer for the enhancement of MWR programs Develops and administers plans based on marketing surveys, staff studies, and short and long range program plans. Reviews MWR program priorities and plans to ensure construction programs and program modifications reflect real cost savings, efficiencies or improved service. Coordinates with other installation activities and family and activity councils. Identifies shortfalls in services and programs. Analyzes administrative and managerial processes.

Requirements
