Duties
Exercises independent judgment in carrying out support services by assisting the supervisor or chief with all internal control actions, planning, reports/briefings, special projects, division significant acts, Garrison rosters and compliance logs.
Reviews plans, programs and regulations pertaining to personnel, automation, analysis, and administration. Coordinates division activities; establishes procedures to ensure uniform interpretation and implementation of regulations and directives.
Responsible for preparing and reviewing correspondence; preparing briefings and charts; manages meetings; maintains calendars for the Branch Chief/Division Chief; manages division SharePoint content and suspense items using automated systems.
Performs, coordinates, and/or participates with staff to accomplish work. Provides administrative and logistical support and overall office management for the supervisor and/or staff in connection with the accomplishment of assigned functions.
Monitors systems to quickly identify issues and initiates corrective action; ensures integrity and processing of data are maintained within standards. Responds to Army MWR inquiries and refers issues and comments.
Monitors and reviews financial and historical performance of the division Serves as the division?s records managers (ARIMS). Initiates support actions as required. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:

Knowledge of management principles, practices, and techniques to provide support services to the organization, analyze administrative/support practices, and recommend improvements to procedures and policies.
Must have strong written and oral communication skills, including comprehensive knowledge of standard office software programs, such as word processing, graphics, spreadsheets, etc.
Highly Preferred Criteria:

Applicants who possess the following will be considered Highly Preferred:
Two years or more experience with Non-Appropriated (NAF) planning and execution of CPMC and NAF Major Construction programming.
Two years or more experience with project management planning or oversight.
Two years or more experience in Army MWR support services to include office operating procedures, schedule management, internal controls, and administrative actions.
