As a Realty Program Specialist you are responsible for the for the regional oversight and administration of the Broker Program. Location of position: Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA or San Diego, CAPublic Buildings Service, Pacific Rim Region, Real Estate Acquisition Division (READ) We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship or National (Residents of American Samoa and Swains Island)
  • Meet all eligibility requirements within 30 days of the closing date.
  • Meet time-in-grade within 30 days of the closing date, if applicable
  • Register with the Selective Service if you are a male born after 12/31/1959

The GS-13 salary range in San Diego, CA starts at $111,609 per year. The GS-13 salary range in Los Angeles, CA starts at $114,044 per year.To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service. Experience is analyzing and evaluating (technical issues and solutions) the effectiveness of program operations (i.e., quality assurance process, project scope and schedule management, program performance and compliance) in meeting established goals and objectives; and planning, analyzing, and providing technical guidance and direction to teams.
