About the position: This position will be assigned to the Little Rock AFB, AR - Skills Development Center/Auto Skills.
This position is guaranteed a minimum of 0 hours but can be scheduled to a maximum of 40 hours per week.
Duties
Assists customers by taking orders and helping to design projects for awards, recognition, and gifts. Uses CorelDraw, coral Photo-Paint and other graphic generating software to produce artwork and verbiage for use in laser, drag and rotary engraving, and transfer machines. Operates machine engravers to produce quality products in wood, glass, plastic, metal, etc. Accurately measures and cuts component parts for plaques and plates. Assembles trophies, plaques, awards, etc. Assists with all areas in the Skills Development Program to involve framing, matting, mounting, and assembly of pictures and posters. Obtains Government Purchase Card and maintains all records required in its usage.

Qualifying Experience:
Experienced using CorelDraw, Doral Photo-Paint and or other graphic software programs. Must have experience, which has demonstrated arithmetic aptitude and ability, and a basic knowledge of and the ability to apply basic accounting procedures and techniques. Ability to grasp relationships between numbers, accounts and items in accounts. Organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary. Experience dealing with customers is beneficial.
Education
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution.
