Qualifications

What are we looking for? A minimum of three years' guest services experience, preferably in a lodging and/or hotel operation. One year supervisory experience. Ability to supervise employees in accomplishing work. Strong professional oral and written communication skills. Ability to provide outstanding customer service, maintain positive employee relations and effectively train team members. Knowledge of safety procedures. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with leadership, subordinates, officials and others. Ability to use word processing and spreadsheet software Use of Property Management System (PMS) is preferred. Knowledge of Nonappropriated Funds (NAF) policies and procedures preferred. This position is designated “Mission Essential”. In the event of severe weather conditions or other such emergency type situations (nature or man-made disaster) the incumbent is required to report to work or remain at work as scheduled to support mission operations.
