The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Directorate for Mission Integration (MI) creates a consistent and holistic view of intelligence from collection to analysis and serves as the Director of National Intelligence's (DNI) principal advisor on all aspects of intelligence. MI integrates mission capabilities, informs enterprise resource and policy decisions, and ensures the delivery of timely, objective, accurate, and relevant intelligence.

Duties

Assist the CAPCO Front Office in managing and overseeing programmatic initiatives and the daily operations of the organization and collaborate with office leadership to ensure strategic alignment with the mission, goals, and objectives of the ODNI; maintain the component's strategic work plan. Execute and monitor internal and external taskings, ensure collaboration and coordination on responses, ensure quality and completeness of responses, prepare for meetings, briefings, and special events, schedule meetings, prepare read ahead materials, and maintain records of proceedings as required. Assist the CAPCO Front Office in overseeing communications ensuring workforce awareness of IC, ODNI, and organizational programs, initiatives, requirements, training, and other opportunities; facilitate two-way communications between workforce and leadership. Plan, oversee, and implement IC-wide trainings and events on a range of compartmentation topics, in collaboration with relevant CAPCO team members and external partners. Plan, oversee, and implement office-wide initiatives, to include onboarding and professional development, continuity planning, and technology solutions. Evaluate information from staff meetings and weekly reports to determine those that require action; plan, develop, and maintain a system to generate reminders for completion deadlines. Plan, prepare, justify, schedule and execute budget actions; coordinate and monitor budgetary activities to ensure cost-effective support of activities conducted or overseen by CAPCO; analyze and assess financial conditions by applying financial principles, policies, methods, techniques, and systems. Lead, oversee, plan, and develop the implementation of interagency information sharing activities and programs that coordinate and integrate the competing requirements and priorities of multiple stakeholders. Provide leadership, oversight, and guidance in the preparation of briefings, reports, and presentations for ODNI leadership, senior policymakers, IC members and other intelligence consumers in a manner that meets their specified requirements.

Mandatory Requirements Superior ability to balance responsibilities among assigned activities; including the ability to manage transitions effectively from task to task, and proven adaptability to varying customer needs. Superior ability to identify emerging information sharing trends and issues, as well as the ability to assess the influence of these trends and issues on the effectiveness of U.S. Government programs. Expert knowledge of the mission, charter, roles, and responsibilities of the ODNI, IC, and U.S. Government agencies, and how these organizations can effectively cooperate in implementing information sharing plans and programs. Superior ability in developing effective professional and interpersonal relationships with peers and colleagues in ODNI, the IC, and U.S. Government, and to earn their confidence and trust. Superior-level interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including a superior ability to work effectively at the highest levels within an interagency environment on complex issues requiring sensitive negotiations and consensus-building. Superior ability to logically analyze, synthesize, and judge information, as well as the ability to review and incorporate multiple sources of information in performing assignments. Superior ability to communicate clearly, orally and in written reports and documents, policies, plans, and programs related to improving information sharing across the U.S. Government. Superior ability to develop "outside-the-box" solutions and operate autonomously within the Director's intent. Desired Requirements Demonstrated ability to plan, prepare, justify, administer, analyze, forecast, and monitor budget/financial information to ensure cost-effective support of organizations and programs, including conducting budget/financial data analysis and assessing financial conditions by applying financial principles, policies, methods, techniques, and systems. Extensive knowledge of office management and administrative functions involving logistics, facilities, budget, finance, contracts, travel, security and HR procedures and systems. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as determined by mission specialty area.
