About the Position: This position is located at U.S. Army Medical Command Headquarters, located Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas. US Army Medical Center of Excellence is located in beautiful and historic San Antonio and is within easy commuting distance of desirable neighborhoods and excellent school systems.

Duties

Review supply requisitions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with Army regulations. Perform administrative skills such as clerical, typing, filing of correspondence, and answer office phones. Operate a personal computer using various software programs. Serve as a government credit card holder. Operate a motor vehicle to supply support activities.

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain a valid stateside driver's license.

OR Education: Four years of education above the high school level obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of education beyond two years (total semester hours minus 60) by 60. Add the two percentages.
