You will serve as a Program Manager (Administration and Requirements Integration) for Commander, Naval Legal Service Command Headquarters in Washington, supporting Naval Legal Service Command commands and operations worldwide.
Duties
You will perform under the broad administrative direction of the NLSC Commander (Rear Admiral) and Deputy Commander (Captain).
You will focus on verifying processes are in place to facilitate compliance with DoD, DON and OJAG/NLSC regulations and policies
You will develop and review programs, policies, and procedures, and changes to existing programs, policies, and procedures of NLSC
You will exercise responsibility for continued operation of administrative functions, while serving as central point of contact on all programmatic matters in support of CNLSC Headquarters and NLSC commands and programs across the globe
You will organize briefs for all major business areas to include but not limited to; Security, Facilities, Personnel, Financial Contracting and Information Technology

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized Program Manager experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector planning and managing a comprehensive administrative support program that includes the spectrum of administrative support service ( e.g., budget, administration, personnel, space management, purchasing, information technology management, internal controls, mail, records, communication services and supplies in support of organization.) Specialized experience includes providing technical direction, advice, and support on administrative processes. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Developing and reviewing programs, policies, and procedures, to make changes to existing programs, policies and procedures; 2) Identifying and providing solutions to financial, personnel, and materials needs and problems; and 3) Developing and implementing NLSC's strategic plan and structure alignment.
