This position is located in the Timucuan Ecological and Historic Preserve, in the Maintenance Division.
This is a Career/Career-Conditional Full-time appointment.
Duties
Performs routine maintenance and repair of grounds, exterior structures, buildings, equipment, and related utilities.
Diagnoses deficiencies on buildings, structures, equipment, and related utilities.
Repairs deficiencies by utilizing carpentry, plumbing, electrical and painting skills.
Performs various landscaping duties utilizing tractors, mowers, other power equipment and hand tools.
Performs routine water quality testing, treatment, and documentation as required.
Cleans buildings and empties trash.
Carries heavy items to worksite, digs holes, picks up trash, maintains trails, and grounds.
Normal work week will be 4-10 hour days.
