About the Position: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) New England District is responsible for the Corps' civil works, military, hazardous waste remediation, and international and interagency services (IIS) program responsibilities throughout the six New England states. The District employs civilian employees plus military officers in key management positions. The Real Estate Division is a diverse organization housed within the New England District Headquarters in Concord, MA.

Duties

Plan, organize and administer the real estate leasing requirements of the Armed Forces Recruiting Facilities Program. Develop and encourage collocation of sites. Review and validate program requirements. Travel to research market availability and perform on-site market surveys. Serve as a real estate office representative on project delivery teams.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • A valid state-issued driver's license must be obtained within 30 days of appointment to position and maintained thereafter.
  • Incumbent is required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE 450 (5 CFR Part 2634,Subpart I USOGE, 6/08) upon entering the position and annually thereafter IAW DoD Directive 5500-7-R, Joint Ethics Regulation, dated 17-November-2011.
