This position is located within the Indian Health Service at the Northern Cheyenne Service Unit, Lame Deer, MT, in the Transportation Office, under the Purchased/Referred Care (PRC) Department. The purpose of this position is to function as the Transportation Supervisor.
This position will support the Federal Government's response efforts to COVID-19.
Duties
Supervises Motor Vehicle Operators and Medical Support Assistant. Approves leave and timecards, prepares schedules and initiates any other personnel action. Schedules and dispatches motor vehicles for transportation of patients, staff and material to and from Service Unit. Ensures all GSA vehicles are properly maintained.
Transports patients via GSA vehicle based upon facility policies and procedures for the department.
Maintain accreditation and compliance standards for the Transportation Department.
