This position is located in the United States Mint, Sales and Marketing Directorate, Sales Division. The Sales and Marketing Directorate focuses on the United States Mint's marketing and brand management strategies and growth of the numismatic bulk and bullion coin business lines through special programs and projects and managing Key Account numismatic bulk and bullion Authorized Purchaser (Primary Dealer), customer expectations and relationships.

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements within 14 days of the closing date of this announcement. Specialized experience: For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: - Applying project management techniques and best practices for supporting, researching, analyzing, and developing investment and product budgets, projecting cost and scheduling, reporting, compliance and customer relations. Examples of this experience may include: - Managing financial investment or collectible coins product lines. - B2B relationship management with key account customers. - Analyzing, measuring and tracking agency program performance and effectiveness in the financial/collectable (collectable/precious metals) markets. -Managing, developing and/or preparing sales data and reports for senior management. -Designing and implementing process improvement systems and procedures. -Developing and presenting oral and written reports for senior management. -Developing cost benefit analysis and conducting economic evaluations. -Managing projects and conducting studies that support agency programs. In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-13 you must have been at the GS-12level for 52 weeks.
