BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The Senior Resource Management Advisor (SRMA) is the principal technical advisor to the Director of the Resource Management Office (FMR). The SRMA develops and justifies financial programs and budget for the NGA National Intelligence Program (NIP) and Military Intelligence Programs (MIP).
Duties
BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: continuationThe SRMA will provide technical guidance and direction for resource planning, programming, and integration, and budget formulation, submission, and evaluation to develop and deliver the Agency's Intelligence Program Budget Submission (IPBS) and the Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB) for NIP resources and the Integrated Program Budget Review (IPBR) submission and the Congressional Justification Book (CJB) for MIP resources.The SRMA will analyze program management issues, budget formulation and resource allocation activities, and policies and directives from oversight organizations which prescribe or affect NGA resources and advise senior leadership on an appropriate stance for NGA. The SRMA will work collaboratively with senior leadership across NGA developing an integrated resource management strategy and serve as the principal advisor to the Chief Financial Executive, the NGA Deputy Director, and all members of NGA Resource Management Board on all matters pertaining to financial programs and the budget.
Qualifications
MANDATORY QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: Eligibility for this executive level position will be based upon a clear demonstration that the applicant has experience of the scope and quality sufficient to effectively carry out the assignments of the position. The successful applicants will be distinguished from other applicants by a review of the Intelligence Community (IC) Senior Officer Core Qualification (SOCQs) Standards, the Technical Qualifications, and Education Requirements. Failure to meet a Qualification requirement will disqualify an applicant.
