This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol, Superintendent Senate Office Buildings, Assistant Superintendent Facilities Operations Division, Electrical Branch. The incumbent serves in an Electrical Helper performing routine electrical tasks in support of journeyman Electricians.

Duties

This position is essential. The employee is required to report to work during emergencies and inclement weather situations. Tour of duty may include holidays and weekends on a regular or recurring basis. Rotating shift work may also be required at management’s discretion.

Requirements

  • You must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • You must be able to pass a drug test.

Qualifications

You must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements by the closing date of the job announcement.You must meet the following SCREEN-OUT(S) required for this position. Ability to perform the work of an electrical helper without more than normal supervision.
