This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Office of the Chief of Operations, Superintendent, House Office Buildings, Assistant Director, Facilities Operations Division, Electrical Branch, Electrical Day, Evening and Night Sections. The incumbent is an Electrician Supervisor and oversees the operations of the assigned Electrical Section in support of the House Office Buildings (HOB).  

Duties

Tour of duty hours will be 2 pm to 10:30 pm. The  hours may change due to operational needs. 

Requirements

  • You must be able to pass a drug test.

Qualifications

You must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements by the closing date of the job announcement.You must meet the following SCREEN-OUT(S) required for this position. Ability to lead a team and/or supervise employees in the performance of electrical work. Your application must show that you have sufficient training and/or experience to perform the duties of the position as described in the vacancy announcement.
