The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts, which require normal safety precautions. Normally, the employee's work is performed in an office setting. Travel is required to field activities, the various military services and professional meetings.
Duties
Responsible for serving as proponent for site Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functional requirements, providing continual liaison through CRM site lead and CRM program personnel.
Serves as recognized CRM functional requirements expert at site, consulting in coordination with CRM site lead with staff elements and top management.
Identifies needed functional requirements and determines how they can be realized through processes, tools and personnel.
Analyzes customer/agency environment to determine appropriate customer metrics used for evaluating the success of operations.
Prepares and/or presents briefings and charts displaying progress on customer metrics.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Management and Program Analyst your resume and supporting documentation must support:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Apply analytical and evaluating methods and techniques to issues concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations.
Experience with logistics management, methods of support, and Customer Relations Management (CRM) approach.
Participate in developing, analyzing and/or monitoring site-level customer relationship measures and approaches.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
