Duties
Perform management and program analysis work in support of particular mission objectives.
Conduct major studies and analyses in support of assigned portions of program(s) or projects that are instrumental and vital to the operations of the Agency.
Identify resources required to support varied levels of program operations.
Develop guidance on planning and evaluation of high-visibility and complex aspects of the program(s) pertinent to productivity improvement.
Brief on project status and significant project developments that affect program areas.
Lead budget and financial execution mission.
Ensure that the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans and work products and services.

- Security Requirements: Non-Critical Sensitive with Secret Access
- Appointment is subject to the completion of a favorable suitability or fitness determination, where reciprocity cannot be applied; unfavorably adjudicated background checks will be grounds for removal.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Management and Program Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-14 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement.
Creditable specialized experience includes
Collecting and analyzing data and information to identify programmatic risk areas or deficiencies.
Applying analytical and evaluative methods to provide recommendations for process improvement.
Developing guidance on planning and evaluation of high-visibility and complex aspects of programs pertinent to productivity improvement.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
