This position is part of the Deputy Administrator for Naval Reactors, Department of Energy. This position is covered by the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Demonstration Project. The NQ-04 pay band is equivalent to the GS-15 grade level. Qualifications

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-14 or equivalent in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Demonstrates expertise in program management functions to include: formulating policies, fiscal programming, budgeting and execution of a complex agency financial program, and providing advice and expertise on all financial and budget functions. For an NQ-04 position you must have served 52 weeks at a GS-14 level or equivalent. The grade/pay band may have been in any occupation and must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade/pay band eligibility must be submitted with your application materials. If the most recent SF-50 has an effective date within the past year, it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade/pay band, as required by the announcement. In this instance, you must provide additional SF-50s that clearly demonstrates the one-year time-in-grade/pay band requirement has been met.
