Alaskan Region Air Traffic Organization, Technical Operations Western Service Area, Anchorage Operations Support Staff, is seeking an individual to manage office administrative functions and provide support to supervisors, managers and other employees in day-to-day operations, to include fiscal management, travel, property management and overall office management. This is not a virtual assignment and individual(s) selected will be available for office presence.
Duties
The incumbent serves as a Management and Program Assistant to manage the office's administrative functions. Provides support to supervisors, managers and other employees in day-to-day operations; which may include several of the following areas: fiscal management, travel, management information systems, contract administration, property management, procurements, and overall office management.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.

- Position sensitivity is designated Low Risk; a background investigation may be required

Qualifications
To qualify for the FV-F (FG/GS 9-10) band you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to FV-E (FG/GS 7-8). Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience should include: analyzing information on a variety of programs and preparing reports. Providing guidance and interpretation of administrative, financial, or budget policies. Assisting with various analytical studies.Education cannot be substituted for experience at the FV-F Level.
