This position is part of the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) within the National Personnel Records Center (NPRC). NPRC is responsible for responding to requests for information from military and civilian personnel records and associated series. Requests are serviced by providing reproductions from textual and micrographic records in NPRC holdings and by referencing electronic records systems and sending digital responses to requesters.

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Leading or supervising the work of staff that perform administrative work to support an organization; AND Communicating with customers internally and externally to provide information and resolve issues;AND Managing multiple projects, using time management to complete work within set deadlines; AND Collecting, analyzing, and presenting qualitative and quantitative data regarding processes, procedures, or workflow processes in order to make recommendations.
