Assists in implementing administrative and logistical support activities for APL and for other FAA organizations with operations in domestic and foreign areas. The incumbent is primarily responsible for managing logistics-related activities in support of domestic and international operations. The incumbent acts as an individual contributor and/or member of a team for projects/programs within a defined area of responsibility.
Duties
Duties include being primarily responsible for the APL asset inventory. This includes monitoring the status of assets that are assigned to APL and updating the Automated Inventory Tracking System
(AITS), as appropriate. The incumbent is the primary Records Management Officer for APL and responsible for communicating current standards to all employees and working with 0th.er records coordinators to ensure APL records are maintained in accordance with FAA, DOT, 0MB and NARA standards. The incumbent is the primary representative for the APL Information Technology Service Level Agreement for IT services. The incumbent tracks the status of APL help desk tickets and works directly with IT technicians to ensure APL requests are addressed timely and completely. Serves as the primary alternate for all APL telecommunications requests with the National Wireless Program, including blackberries, iPads, air card, and Mifis.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-G, FG/GS-10/11 level. This experience is typically related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.
