About the position: This position will be assigned to the Family Campground, Hanscom AFB, MA. This position is a flexible position with the possibility of converting to regular after an acceptable 90 day rating; may work 0-40 hours per week based on mission/programming requirements. This position requires shift work to provide coverage on weekends, holidays, and special occasions. Candidate must be able to frequently lift and carry objects weighing 40 pounds and occasionally more.

Duties

Provides customer service for FamCamp patrons. Registers campers and assigns campsites. Collects fees, operates cash register, prepares daily reports and makes bank deposits. Maintains grounds and interpretive trail, operates weed eater, lawn mower, clears small trees and bushes using handsaws, hatchets or clippers. Makes minor repairs to equipment/facilities.
