Duties

Maintaining Commander's appointment calendar Screening calls and visitors Receiving incoming mail Preparing a variety of correspondence documents Coordinating travel arrangements Maintaining records/files Providing information to supervisor, staff, visitors and other organization

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position requires a qualified typist (40wpm).
• This position requires a secret security clearance.
