About the Position: This position is with the 1st Mission Support Command, Command Group located at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico.
Duties
Maintaining Commander's appointment calendar
Screening calls and visitors
Receiving incoming mail
Preparing a variety of correspondence documents
Coordinating travel arrangements
Maintaining records/files
Providing information to supervisor, staff, visitors and other organization
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires a qualified typist (40wpm).
- This position requires a secret security clearance.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience.
Specialized experience is defined as: using a personal computer and computer programs to type a variety of documents, such as memorandums, letters, reports and e-mails; utilizing knowledge of proper formats, grammar, spelling and punctuation to review documents for others; scheduling and making appointments for others; and communicating with civilian and military leaders. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07).
