Duties
Performs a combination of routine and multiple and varying assignments under the general direction of a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional. Acts as an individual contributor and/or a member of a team for projects/programs within a defined area of responsibility. Performs, monitors and tracks a variety of administrative tasks in implementing an office's administrative programs, policies, and procedures.

- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.

- This position requires completion & favorable adjudication of a National Agency Check with Inquiries (Tier 1) background investigation prior to appointment, unless waiver is obtained.

Qualifications
FV-G: To qualify for this position at the FV-G (FG/GS 10-11) level you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-F, FG/GS-5-9. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes: experience planning, developing, monitoring, and executing a variety of administrative programs related to office procedures/guidelines and human capital activities.
Education
Education substitution for FV-G: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree OR a combination of education and experience may be qualifying for this position. Education at the graduate level in an accredited college or university must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.
