Qualifications

What are we looking for? Experience that demonstrates a journeyman level knowledge in one of three specified trades; specifically Electrical, Plumbing or Refrigeration/AC. Must have adequate working knowledge in the remaining two trades in order to supervise the work force and assist in solving problems. Must be able to recognize deficiencies in all of the trades supervised and apply plan specifications, blueprints, sketches. schematics and wiring diagrams. Must have knowledge of the National Electrical Code. Must possess one year of experience in a supervisory position. Must possess or be able to obtain applicable government operator permits. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. Performs recurring routine repairs independently.  Ensures that work is performed within the guidelines of Federal and Base Safety Codes.  Meets OSHA regulations.
