Qualifications

What are we looking for?Experience that demonstrates knowledge of painting procedures and techniques.Knowledge of standard surface preparation and coating methods and techniques.Skill to sand, wire brush, scrape, spackle and putty surfaces, to brush out, roll on and spray coat materials.Knowledge of staging, scaffolding and ladders, and the skill to use them in a safe and acceptable manner.Skill to make carpentry repairs as necessary.Must possess or be able to obtain applicable government operator permits.Must possess and maintain a valid driver¿s license.
