Duties
Serves as a Management and Program Analyst for DLA Logistics Operations Public Facing Websites, eWorkplace and SharePoint pages.
Serves as resource point and subject matter expert of Logistics Operations? web standardization processes and 508 accessibility and compliance.
Oversees and manages the organization?s web presence, evaluates existing content, and makes recommendations and improvements.
Performs technical and analytical work in planning, developing, integration, utilization, and modification of Logistics Operations web site to include creation and design of web site strategies.
Interprets Department of Defense and DLA policy issues and ensures content managers follow policies.
Provides web-based content advice to leadership ensuring uniformity across managed web pages.
Familiar with Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) and Google Analytics to develop metrics, statistics and monitor website traffic.
Monitors team email account for web page/site change requests and creates appropriate work order, incident requests.
Creates tables and maps using Advana (advancing analytics) platforms to organize data into filterable dashboards.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Management and Program Analyst your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in- grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Encompasses a broad range of web content standards, policies, knowledge, and skills to support web-based solutions content requirements.
Understanding of Section 508 federal compliant requirements for posting information to public facing websites.
Experience in effectively writing, editing, using graphic media, and proofreading site content.
Analyzes, makes recommendations, creates, maintains, and delivers accurate web-based content.
Ability to define web content and structure using HTML and other editing tools.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
