This position is located in FTA Headquarters, Office of Human Resources (OHR), Office of HR Systems and Processing. The function of the OHR Division is to provide the full range of human resources management services to FTA.
As Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing broad advisory and personnel management services for the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience requirements.To qualify for the Grade 14, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-13, it must include:
Experience in managing, developing, delivering, and maintaining HR information systems for Human resources programs.
Experience applying theories, principles and practices of human resources.
Experience leading or managing programs comprised of diverse members.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
Human Resources Management:
Human Resources Information Systems: Knowledge of HR management concepts, principles, and practices related to identifying and analyzing HR processes, translating functional requirements into technical requirements, and delivering and maintaining HR information systems.
Communication: Ability to read and write.
Leadership: Influences, motivates, and challenges others; adapts leadership styles to a variety of situations.
