About the Position: This position is with Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC) located in Warren, Michigan. This position will be filled on a permanent basis.

Duties

Serves as Supervisory Supply Systems Analyst and guides, motivates, and oversees the activities of individuals and teams with focus on project/program issues. Evaluate policies and proposals involving the assumption of major new logistics support missions and/or programs. Reviews and evaluates the division's supply operations and develops changes in internal procedures and processes. Analyzes data and reports provided by subordinate employees to ensure system accuracy and advises the team on actions to remediate issues to resolve data quality and compatibility process blocks. Reviews evaluations of other employees on work and administrative matters.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance.
  • One year supervisor probationary period may be required.
  • Level 1 Certificate for Data Analyst is required and Level 2 must be met within 24 months of being placed on the position.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-02/GS-11). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and ManagementDecision MakingInventory ManagementProblem Solving This position is under the Acquisition Demonstration Project. The NH-03 broadband incorporates former GS equivalents GS-12 step 1 through GS-13 step 10 grade levels and salary levels.
