Incumbent performs a variety of administrative functions and assignments in collaboration with the Whole Health Program Analyst, Whole Health Business Manager, Whole Health Program Manager, Whole Health Clinical Director, and other Whole Health staff. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring timely flow of data and adherence to appropriate formats and deadlines.
Duties
Perform clerical, administrative, and technical duties
Schedule appointments and meetings and set up reminders
Review documents to ensure compliance with policies
Take notes and generate reports for management
Purchase office supplies

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 08/04/2023.
Time-In-Grade Requirement: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For a GS-06 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-05. The grade may have been in any occupation, but must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade eligibility must be submitted with your application materials. If the most recent SF-50 has an effective date within the past year, it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade, as required by the announcement. In this instance, you must provide an additional SF-50 that clearly demonstrates one-year time-in-grade. Note: Time-In-Grade requirements also apply to former Federal employees applying for reinstatement as well as current employees applying for Veterans Employment Opportunities Act of 1998 (VEOA) appointment.
You may qualify based on your experience as described below:
Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-05 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to: .
Experience using CPRS and VISTA Scheduling to meet the daily demands of the Whole Health Program
Skilled with note taking, following up on ever moving deadlines and commitments, prioritizing and coordinating relevant workload of multiple offices to include delegating work
Experience maintaining a calm demeanor while engaged in difficult situations
Coordinating reports and information to be presented by multiple offices to ensure productive informational conferences
Experience performing typing, organizing, filing, word processing, scheduling meetings and appointments, calendar maintenance, sorting and routing of mail, making, travel arrangements, and utilizing screening techniques for phone and visitor contact
Skilled in the operation of a variety of commonly used office equipment such as: copier, fax, transcription recorder, personal computers, and labeling machines to provide clerical and administrative support
Interpret policies or procedures to emergency situations to establish practices or procedures to meet new situations
Experience using systems such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, SharePoint, and Visio. Knowledgeable on use of Adobe Pro and Acrobat, and Power Bi.

Physical Requirements: The work is basically sedentary in a clinic environment. Some bending, standing, and carrying of supplies may be required. Some walking to all parts of the facility is required since the incumbent will be working with a variety of clinical and administrative services.
