About the Position: This position is at Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC) located in Warren, Michigan. This position will be filled on a permanent basis.

Duties

Serves as a supply analyst responsible for the development, justification and execution of the Army Working Capital Fund (AWCF)and Supply Management Army (SMA) budget to include peacetime and provisioning programs. Plans, directs and is responsible for monitoring and adjusting the execution of the fiscal year operating program in order to assure that sufficient assets are procured or repaired to support the established operational readiness levels. Prepare, defend implementation, review and analysis of the provisioning budget. Provides oversight and adjustment of AWCF cash, Obligation Authority (OA) and Commitment Authority (CA) to include an obligation plan or indicators to include inventory, sales and demands.

Validating data and executing financial transactions within the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP); briefing or training others on WCF processes to include the execution of procurement requisitions (PRs) within the Working Capital Fund (WCF) Obligation Plan application. Contribute to the WCF execution plan during the year of execution tracking financial metrics and trend analysis.
