About the Position: Position will serve as the Chief of Ammunition Analysis Team; engaging in budget, manpower, workload, safety, metrics, and training duties for all ammunition operations.

Duties

Develop statistical data regarding manpower based on workload, direct and indirect work performance and other statistical information. Plan and assign work based on priorities, requirements of assignments, and capabilities of employees. Evaluate performance of subordinate employees. Provide budget guidance through the analysis of overall performance of the work center, division, and the directorate. Oversee the development of the directorate's safety and metrics programs.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position requires you to be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
  • This position is designated "Mission Essential". In the event of severe weather conditions or other such emergency type situations, you are required to report to work or remain at work as scheduled to support mission operations.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
