This position is located in the Administrative Services Section, Business Operations Division, National Library Service Blind/Print Disabled, Library Collections and Services Group. 

Duties

This position is located In the Administrative Section, Office of the Director, National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled (NLSBPD). The Incumbent works under the supervision of the Head, Administrative Section. The incumbent uses a variety of automated systems to perform tasks ranging from personnel actions to budget issues, to staff health and safety concerns.

Qualifications

Applicants must have had progressively responsible experience and training sufficient in scope and quality to furnish them with an acceptable level of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position without more than normal supervision. Ability to provide support and serve as a liaison for managers on human resources functions. ** Ability to serve as a liaison for budget and finance functions. ** Ability to plan and execute work. ** Ability to communicate in writing. Ability to communicate effectively other than in writing.
