Duties
You will analyze collected data to detect trends in work areas inspected.
You will conduct inventory and utilization surveys to ensure accurate data relating to real property inventory.
You will reconcile data between various sources (e.g., real estate records, Geofidelis Information System [GIS], photographs, blueprints) to obtain the
most accurate information on record for real property records.
You will create supporting documentation for real property to substantiate property records.
Requirements

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Qualifications
To qualify for the GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintains and updates property records to reflect additions, deletions and changes to a Real Property Inventory; 2) Completes technical documents required for construction and capital improvement projects; AND 3) Prepares and presents technical reports and point papers.
To qualify for the GS-9: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assists with maintaining and updating property records to reflect additions, deletions and changes to a Real Property Inventory; 2) Ensures retention of required financial documentation in accordance with requirements; AND 3) Prepares and presents technical reports and point papers.
To qualify for the GS-7: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assists with maintaining property records; 2) Uses databases to collect and retrieve information; AND 3) Builds consensus using analytical tools for an analysis of facilities.

Education

For the GS-11:
You have successfully completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
OR
You have successfully completed three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
OR
You have successfully completed an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
OR
You have a combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. Your percentage of the required education plus your percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
For the GS-9:
You have successfully completed a master's or equivalent graduate degree.
OR
You have successfully completed two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree.

You have successfully completed an LL.B. or J.D., if related that is related to the position being filled.
OR
You have a combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. Your percentage of the required education plus your percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
