You will serve as a Management Assistant of NAVSUP FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER JACKSONVILLE.
Duties
You will formulate organizational charts responsible for monthly reports on status of manpower.
You will operate the management functions of the Administrative Section including financial management, customer service, and assistant analyst duties requiring sound judgment, discretion and analytical ability
You will prepare all work requests, trouble calls, and manpower inputs for the Supply Department.
You will manage all personnel functions for the Supply Department making recommendation pertinent to manpower requirements, position management, position maintenance, reviews, and PARS.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-06) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing technical and administrative support work in support of management analysis and program analysis to evaluate and improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity of a variety of administrative programs. I have experience with utilizing computer applications such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), timekeeping, Individual Development Plan (IDP) training, Microsoft such as word, excel, power point and access. Specialized experience may include the following:
Performs fact finding and analysis of manpower requirements and initiating, organizing and maintain statistical data in support of all administrative functions for the Department.
Assists in preparing reports, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations for submittal to the supply management department ( SMD) Deputy Director and/ or Deputy site Director/Supply officer.
Provides substantiated recommendations to managers and supervisors in identifying and developing improvements of manpower and methods processes.
Develops and conducts internal assessments to identify training program compliance and develop improved techniques to better meet organizational goals.
Manages all aspects of civilian and military official travel utilizing the Defense Travel System, including the prompt submission of travel vouchers.
