This position is located at American Lake Conference Center JBLM, WA.
This announcement is in conjunction with the JBLM NAF HR Office Job Fair at the Eagle Pride Golf Course JBLM, WA on Tuesday, 04 February 2025 from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Duties
Cleans up rooms, halls, flights of stairs, and different territories. Along with mop and vacuum.
Uses and maintains mechanical equipment to clean rugs, drapes, etc.
Cleans disinfects and deodorizes toilet facilities, dusts assigned areas and empties trash.
Washes walls, windows, blinds and ceiling fixtures using ladders, scaffolds and safety belt.
Maintains stock of room and cleaning supplies to perform assigned duties.
Requirements
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Appointment subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2.
- Incumbent may also be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
- Must meet physical requirements of the position.
- A physical examination is required for this position.
- Must be able to work a schedule that may include working some nights, weekends, and possible holidays.
Qualifications
1. Must have knowledge, skills and ability to perform the duties listed above to include the ability to use and maintain the tools and equipment of the trade and to keep the assigned work area neat and clean.
2. Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing.
