This position is located in the Office Supply and House Gift Shop, Office of Acquisitions Management (OAM), Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). The incumbent is responsible for providing all Office Supply Store and House Gift Shop customers with exceptional customer service.

Qualifications: Experience and/or Education Requirements: ·         High school or GED equivalent required. ·         At least one year experience working in a customer and sales-focused environment is required. ·         Attention to detail is required. ·         Cash handling and basic register experience is strongly preferred. ·         Ability to interact with others in a professional, courteous and tactful manner. Physical Requirements and Work Environment:  This position is located in a retail setting that is adequately heated, lighted, and ventilated. Normal safety precautions apply. The work involves frequently assisting customers, carrying light or moderately heavy items, and standing for long periods of time. Physical exertion varies greatly in frequency depending on the level of customer activity. The incumbent must be able to meet minimum physical requirements (lifting, bending, crouching, standing, etc.).   ** Continued employment is contingent upon satisfactorily completing a criminal history records check (or other applicable security clearance) and a pre-employment drug-test (pre-identified position only).
