Duties
You will serve as a senior advisor to the SSP leadership on Insider Threat and Operations Security (OPSEC) programs and responsibilities.
You will conduct focused insider threat and OPSEC risk analysis and assessments, trend analysis, and indications and warning analysis.
You will produce insider threat and risk assessment referral packets/reports for dissemination to investigative, command, and other appropriate authorities.
You will brief products, assessments, and recommendations to SSP Executive-level Leadership and other leadership entities as directed on a regular basis.
You will formulate SSP policy and implements the SSP OPSEC plan by identifying and analyzing critical information against threats to SSP or SSP field activities.
You will represent SSP at all Department of the Navy, Joint, and Department of Defense working groups as the Operations Security Program Manager for SSP.
You will be responsible for developing, evaluating, maintaining, and/or operating systems, policies, devices, material.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-3 (GS-13 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing an operational security program; assessing and identifying security threats and vulnerabilities; and conducting security program training for an organization
