This position will be assigned to the Air Force Service Center at Port San Antonio, TX.
This is a regular full-time category position with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Employees appointed to a regular category position are eligible for benefits.
Duties
Champion usability and user centric design principles by defining the UX research and development process. Lead and govern the digital user experience through standards and best practices ensuring easy user interactions that drive business value. Own the digital media platforms, including web and social media sites, and work with stakeholders, creatives, and developers to create compelling, effective, and innovative online experiences that drive impact for our operations and our customers. Deliver intuitive, engaging, and action-oriented experiences that achieve increasingly measurable results. Build new user experiences and enhance user experiences to drive more visits, improve engagement with our content on the website, optimize lead capture, drive ecommerce sales, and improve conversions from web traffic to sales opportunities. Support leadership in defining the digital experience vision for our customer segment(s). Create and maintain a digital experience roadmap and release plan by establishing a cadence for and opportunities to ideate, prioritize, review, publish and socialize our roadmap with leadership and stakeholders. Drive program delivery of our roadmap by working with Digital Content Owners and Program Managers to prioritize, monitor, and deliver work to support our business initiatives and enterprise digital marketing transformation initiatives. Manage our digital marketing asset portfolio in terms of monitoring systems, monitoring customer feedback to ensure we are delivering an optimal customer experience, as well as in terms of leveraging the full capabilities of our business systems. Examples of digital assets include our websites, e-commerce stores, renewal experiences; self -service tolls, etc. Lead/ support business transformation initiatives related to Digital Marketing, as directed.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Qualifying Experience:
A Bachelor's Degree OR experience with Journalism, Marketing, English, or Communications combined with specialized experience in a desirable related field such as web development, programming, web design, or graphic design. Experience with digital marketing. Experience with leading cross-functional teams and partnered efforts to achieve program objectives. Strong project management experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's):
Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
Preferred experience with creating and delivering digital experiences for customers, from ideation to launch, with primary ownership or a key role in driving the product / program backlog, delivery, and monitoring on digital e-commerce platforms and B2B or B2C e-commerce management experience.
Technical and business acumen, including a broad experience of technical trends and new solutions, proven experience to maximize investment in current platforms
Able to publish content once and have it utilized in multiple deployment mechanisms, enable both operations and marketing teams to deploy their necessary activities in a timely manner, while adhering to all user experience requirements.
Preferred experience with managing multiple projects concurrently and the experience to deliver against timelines in coordination with combinations of in-house, agency, and contractor resources to design new experiences, implement projects, and flex and scale dynamically as the project portfolio requires.
