Duties

Directs and approves the development, modification, administration, management and provision of advisory services on policy, planning, and programming for all real property and real estate transactions. Review pertinent contracts, engineering drawings, and site inspections of new construction. Develop, modify, negotiate, and implement policies, plans, and programs for the acquisition, transfer, exchange, management, utilization, and disposal of real property and real estate.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation (NACI).
  • Must possess a valid state driver's license.
  • Supervisory probation may be required.

Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
