About the Position: Serves as the first line of contact for the Army's wounded, injured, and ill soldiers and family members regarding the quality of patient care. Provide senior Army leaders with visibility on medically-related issues.

Duties

Utilize the toll-free call line to respond to soldiers, veterans, family members/caregivers, and the general public who are seeking information about their medical care or medical administrative problems. Utilize a secure individual-locating software application to determine the most current location and contact information of the soldier/veteran, recording it in the ARCS. Conduct congressionally mandated satisfaction assessments at 6 month, 12 month, and 18 month intervals after separation with all soldiers separating from the Soldier Recovery Unit (SRU). Identify process and program improvements or enhancements to provide a touchpoint of support for the soldier, veteran, families, and caregivers.
