About the Position: This position supports the mission of the Deputy Assistant Director, Information Operations/J-6 (DAD IO/J-6), Portfolio and Resource Management (PRMD) Division in San Antonio, Texas.

Duties

Perform budget analysis of financial programs. Prepare budget formulation requirements for the organization. Coordinate new developments with multiple organizations. Analyze interrelated issues affecting administrative projects of the agency. Apply critical judgment in making compromises to satisfy complex requirements. Coordinate with higher authorities for clarification of fiscal policies.

Requirements

• A Personnel Security Investigation is required.
• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
• This position requires certification in Financial Management at Certification Level 3. The incumbent must be certified or working toward his/her certification as part of the DoD FM Certification Program.
