You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT in the U.S. NAVY SENIOR ENLISTED ACADEMY.
Duties
You will serve as the Organizational Defense Travel Administrator in the Defense Travel System (DTS), using DTS to establish and maintain personal profiles, organization profiles, routing lists, and groups for one or more organizations.
You will assist the organization’s travelers in resolving DTS and other travel-related issues.
You will serve as the Agency/Organization Assistant Program coordinator for the Government Travel Card for the U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy.
You will assist with all travel arrangements in the Defense Travel System (DTS) for the SEA staff and guests travelling on behalf of the SEA and prints associated travel requirements prior to and after all travel has been completed.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilize a web based travel system in according to regulations and provide travel support; 2) Utilizes Microsoft programs and other automated systems to prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents for Defense Travel System (DTS) and Government Travel Card program administrative support; and 3) Maintaining communication with personnel/customers by phone or email to assist with questions or provide information.
