You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Program Management Office (PMO).
Duties
You will directly support the overall responsibility of the BRAC PMO to be effective and efficient in the execution of the Department of the Navy (DON) BRAC realignment, closure, and disposal actions.
You will provide administrative support for the PMO-wide program: MS365 tools, travel program, credit card program, billet management, and training support.
You will design, establish, and maintain SharePoint Sites; design, write, and maintain Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI tools.
You will serve as an Organization Defense Travel Administrator (ODTA), coordinating with the Lead DTA and Travel Agency Program Coordinator (APC) to establish and maintain Travel-related approval processes in applicable data systems.
You will oversee the Government Commercial Purchase Card program; coordinate with the Manpower team for billets (civilian and contractor); coordinate with the Training Coordinator for support on developing and conducting BRAC PMO specific training.
You will supervise nonsupervisory administrative officers and financial program analysts, and may also supervise adjunct contract and forward-deployed civilian employees.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Leading a team to provide customer support for travel, government purchase card program, billet/manpower/records management, training, and information technology assets for the entire organization; 2) Executing strategic planning and analysis to complex projects, such as for clean-up and disposal of Navy and Marine Corps bases through the Base Realignment and Closure process; 3) Overseeing the data collection and management of the organization's primary Management Information System; 4) Managing/designing/maintaining SharePoint sites, Power Automate, and Workflow applications; and 5) Evaluating business functions and/or processes and making timely improvements.
