About the Position: This is a DoD Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) position in the NH-04 broadband with an advertised pay range from the lowest equivalent GS grade 14 Step 1 to the highest equivalent GS 15 grade step 10 in the broadband.

Duties

Conducts fiscal and programmatic analyses to forecast future trends and establishes policies and develops program fiscal plans. Develops, defines, and modifies overall policies, plans, programs, procedures, objectives and requirements and make decisions, commits resources, and defines, develops and sets strategy to accomplish program objectives. Institutes, organizes, and controls the execution of resource management operations to meet program requirements related to a variety of PM ammunition systems and provide authoritative policy interpretations. Performs the full range of technical and administrative supervisory duties.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Selectee must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Advanced certification within 48 months of entrance on duty.
  • Must file a confidential Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450 upon entering the position and annually, in accordance with DoD Directive 5500-7-R, Joint Ethics Regulation, dated 17-Nov-2011.
  • This position requires a 3-year tenure agreement. Selectee must execute, as a condition of appointment, a written agreement to remain in Federal service in this position for at least three years.
  • One year supervisory probationary period may be required.
  • One year probationary period may be required.
  • Business travel is required up to 15% of the time.
